Summary20397: LSS export import leads to missing answer labels at multilingual surveys while LSG export/import works fine
Description

This is a follow up to 20054.

After in-depth testing and re-creating the customers master survey from scratch, we can safely reproduce the following issue:

  1. When copying a given survey with ~50 languages or when exporting/importing the survey, answer labels get lost, see screenshots.
  2. When exporting the same content using group export and importing the LSG file into a blank survey, everything is working fine.

  2. Check the logic file for different languages.

Expected result

All answer labels should be there.

Actual result

For different languages different labels got lost.

B: Alternative approach:

  1. Create a blank survey with EN base language
  2. Import the attached LSG files
  3. Check the logic file for different languages -> All labels should be there.

C: Further testing

  1. Export the survey created at B as LSS file.
  2. Re-import that survey.
  3. Check the logic file for different languages -> Labels are missing again.

Dear @Mazi, I can not assign this to Gabriel, since this is corrupted data from the start, as was in the ticket 20054.

In the LSS file you have attached, you can search for "Muž" (option A2 in question P02). The aid of this option is 183670. It exists only for 4 languages.
Import has nothing to do with the missing options, the options are missing from the original. Please investigate the issue properly before opening the ticket.

If you can provide me with the minimal case to reproduce this issue, then I can confirm and assign it, otherwise I will close this as "won't fix" since there is nothing to fix on already missing data.

@tibor.pacalat: This is NOT the same survey as used before. It was re-created from scratch with the latest Limesurvey 6.x version.

Also, why is the LSS file missing options while exporting the group has all options? Something must be wrong there...
