Summary19844: No way to load or save survey (and other option) with keyboard navigation (fruity_twentythree)
Description

The menu didn't have any way to be accessible via keyboard.
And since it have no content : it's unreadable

Import a sample survey (doc)
Activate
Launch
Try to save with only keyboard

Expected result

Menu access and can show with space and enter

Actual result

No way

@tibor.pacalat: We just received feedback from a customer having done a WCAG test. They reported the exact same issue. Could this be assigned to a developer?
WCAG becomes more and more important especially for larger companies and government institutions.
