Summary19550: Calling get_class() without arguments is deprecated in php8.3
Description

Calling get_class() without arguments is deprecated.

I have a confusion about whether LS supports php8.3 since manual says "LS 6.x from PHP 7.4.x to 8.x". At the same time 8.3 is not used in tests.

Anyway, we should move away from anything not supported in the latest php version regardless of whether it is officially supported by LS or not.
