Summary18980: Security Update banner shown after latest update
Description

I've updated to the latest version of LimeSurvey 5.6.x (5.6.31 as of July 21, 2023), and I am still seeing the banner, "Security update! A security update is available. Click here to use ComfortUpdate.". However, when I click on the ComfortUpdate link, it tells me, "Up to date! No update available for your version. Your version is up to date!".

SOLVED: I had to clear my browser's cache. I thought this would've been addressed by clearing cache via the LS web UI, and restarting the Apache web server. Apologies for the extra bug report.
