Description

Right now temp files from zip files being uploaded are not cleaned up after successfull installation
Caucht while reviewing 18659

Install a plugin (e.g. the DummyPlugin1 I enclose here).
Get successful installation feedback for DummyPlugin1.

Expected result

Have temp files being cleaned

Actual result

Temp files are not cleaned up
