Summary18800: Missing feedback to user if settings were changed and saved at CPDB attribute page
Description

When changing settings like the encryption status for any attribute at the CPDB attribute field, there is no button to save. The documentation clearly lists a "SAVE" button though, see https://manual.limesurvey.org/Data_encryption#Participant_attributes.

After some testing I noticed that data gets saved immediately when adjusting the setting. But the user doesn't receive any kind of feedback. He will search for the "Save" button as this is used on other screens and shown at the documentation.
Please add at least a "Settings saved" mini-message. This user interface otherwise is really misleading.

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Expected result

Get feedback that changes were saved.
