Checked on current master: after visiting a survey, the home page no longer contains any script from that survey (fixed with 19883).

What remains is the general expression script, which is still loaded on the home page even though it is not needed there. It does no harm, but it is unnecessary.

The unneeded scripts currently loaded on the home page are:

• em_javascript.js (the expression script itself)
• decimal.js and decimalcustom.js (number handling for expressions)
• an empty inline expression script block (id "lemscripts")
• a call to triggerEmRelevance() at the end of the page

The same happens on other pages that use the survey theme layout, e.g. the token and registration forms and error pages.
