Summary11121: Template Editor: Invalid screen name
Description

When I am in the template editor and choose another page than the "Welcome Page" or when I choose another Template, I get a page with the error:

Invalid screen name

Doesn't matter, if in English or German.

Windows 2012 R2 Server, IIS 8.5, PHP Version 7.0.5, mySQL 5.7
Completely fresh installation, with SSL
