I can't reproduce the problem on my installation ==> please attach a simple sample survey (survey structure as .csv-file), where we can reproduce the problem - THX!

I can't reproduce the problem either even if using the attached DB dump. I guess it is a configuration problem of your server.

Suhosin may be responsible if values are missing.
If you can provide a 2 question sample survey to reproduce the problem please reopen and I will have another look.
