Fixed issue 08368: Issue with user autocreate.
Dev: authserver plugin was broken because the permission system changed.
Dev: authserver ported to the new permission system, its configuration syntax was adapted.
Dev: a bypass option was added to setPermissions, in order to allow the creation of new users without being logged in as superadmin.
