Summary	09403: Save after error submitted show uneeded alert
Description	If you save after try to submit a page with error, come back to survey show alert again.
Steps To Reproduce	Create a survey with a mandatory question and "allow save" to yes Start survey , click next (show alert , it's OK) Save survey When you come back to survey : show error.
Additional Information	SurveyRunTimeHelper line 317 need a real fix Have another fix for 2.06 to do : then OK to do it for 2.06 ?
