Summary09843: Add a new participant to the CPDB is not possible if CPDB mapping is activated
Description

When I want to add a participant to the CPDB but the continue button is not working.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Import the added survey file
  2. Add some attributes to the CPDB
  3. connect the attribute_1 of the survey to an attribute of the CPDB by "CPDB mapping"
  4. Try to add a participant of the survey to the CPDB, your "continue"-button is not going to work.

I am sorry, but I cannot reproduce.
Step 3 is not very detailed. Did you clear your browser cache after upgrade?

Yes I did.

3a. After choosing the survey click on "Token management"
3b. Click on "Manage additional attribute fields"
3c. Use CPDB mapping (see added picture)
3d. after saveing, click on "display tokens"
3e. add the selected participant to the CPDB (see added picture)
3d. create new participant in CPDB (see added picture)

Ok, now I can reproduce. There seems to be a Javascript error in the console
