Summary09831: All new attributes get the same attribute_id assigned (0)
Description

When trying to add a new attribute, you get the error message
"error Status: 'Internal Server Error'. Error code: 500".
The attribute is stored in database (table 'lime_participant_attribute_names'), but every attribute gets the same ID: 0 (see screenshot)

Steps To Reproduce

• go to CPDB Panel
• go to Attribute management
• Add attribute: Enter Name, Save
• Look at database, table 'lime_participant_attribute_names'

Additional Information

The attributes also can't be deleted.

Can you delete the database and re-install again? Or set up another installation in a different database? This is weird.

Ok, with a completely fresh install the issue isn't reproducable for me, too.
