Some questions you might want to use in different questionnaires. e.g. some standardized questions for socio-demographics, etc.
It should be easy to save questions in a kind of library, from where you can easily implement them to a new questionnaire.

When adding a new question not only give the oportunity to add a completely new question, but also the ones that have been used before.
a possible solution ist to export the question-xml to a simple table like (id, title, description, xml). then, if you choose an item from this list, the question will be xml-imported.
