Summary07154: Have an help_img.pstpl
Description

A lot of user don't want help image in survey. Sometimes using help for extra question settings, sometimes need other "help info" system (for example : <i class="incon-help"></i> bootstrap twitter like).
Have a help_img.html optionnal part in template can be a really good solution.

Additional Information

Know we can replace help.png by a 1px image, but HTML is here, and can broke some HTML accessibility.
