I klicked either the same token from the token list again or the link, which I added at the end of the survey.

only after re-entering the survey you will see a startscreen, which is disabled in study settings.
this becomes a big issue when doing some exit and return hacks within surveys (as it is the only way to exit and return).

I can reproduce the problem. Even though the start screen is disabled, it show up on re-entry.

Shouldn't we try to fix this for 1.92?! Because when having no more 1.92 releases once Limesurvey 2 is released, we should try to have a final 1.92 version available where such issues are fixed.

There will be lots of users who will not update to 2.0 immediately.

I tried to fix this today in 1.92 and was not successful. I doubt it will be fixed in 2.x anytime soon.
It is a minor inconvenience - there are workarounds if needed. So this won't make it into 1.92 anymore.

This seesm to work in 2.0 as intended.

New Version 2.00+ Build 120930 released. If you are using 120926 you should be able to update by ComfortUpdate. All earlier versions need to update manually.
