After upgrade to 1.85+, when login in as admin appears the next message:

Notice: Undefined variable: casEnabled in D:\xampp\htdocs\limesurvey\admin\admin.php on line 62

After loging appears "Warning: session_regenerate_id() [function.session-regenerate-id]: Cannot regenerate session id - headers already sent in D:\xampp\htdocs\limesurvey\admin\usercontrol.php on line 127"

Can you reproduce the issue on the latest stable version (build 7636 or later) too?

Yes, both messages remains after upgrade to build 7636.

sounds like a config file problem. $casEnabled is set by default in config-defaults.php, and if it isn't there, may indicate use of older config files.
