Summary20678: Duplicate control of particpant work diffrently with crypted data and not cryoted data
Description

When importing participants, duplicate use case-insensitive searches for not crypted data and case-sensitive for crypted data

Steps To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce

Set firstname , lastname, email attribute as non crypted
Import central_ONE.csv to particpant
Import central_TWO.csv to participant
Show duplicate denis,chednu,denis@example./org
Set attribute firstname , lastname, email attribute as crypted
Import central_TWO.csv to participant

Expected result

Show duplicate denis,chednu,denis@example./org

Actual result

Imported as Denis Chednu,denis@example./org

I'm only upset about the update if there are a lot of participants ....

I need to create a duplicatefinder_hash column and fill it.

@c_schmitz : in 7.1 : no way to resolve, need a extra duplicatefinder column.

And surely different in PGSQL
