Summary19849: Add horizontal scroll to surveyLogicForm view for the survey logic table
Description

Currently, in the surveyLogicForm view, the survey logic table lacks a horizontal scroll. When the content in the last column is too wide, the text gets truncated, making it impossible for users to see the details of errors or warnings in the respective rows. Please add a horizontal scroll to improve readability and usability of the table in this view.
