Summary	18387: Action buttons in Structure menu
Description	Reduce clicks or expedite when moving between questions in edit mode, deleting questions, or adding questions. Add action buttons or embed in hamburgur menu next to question titles in structure menu: Insert new question Edit Delete I am using LimeSurvey Community Edition Version 5.3.11+220425.
