I was starting the Comfort Update to go from Version 5.3.13+220509 to LS 5.3.14 (220516).

During this update I received the below error message:

This installation has always been updated via ComfortUpdate and there have been no manual modification to this installation.

The update has taken a little longer, because I got distracted by other things that were urgent. So maybe this has triggered the error, but I would expect that the update closes down, rather than giving such an error.

I will give the update another try now, so let's see what happens, but I still wanted to report this.
