Summary16823: Double click on submit button causes session expiration.
Description

Clicking the final submit button causes an error. Interview is submitted but instead of redirecting the user to the end url an error page appears with the following texts:

We are sorry but your session has expired.

Either you have been inactive for too long, you have cookies disabled for your browser, or there were problems with your connection.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a simple survey. In our case a single page survey with two questions.
Fill the survey and double click the Submit button.
Interview is submitted but instead of redirecting the user to the end url an error page appears.

Our users are also experiencing this same issue as above:

I re-read the original bug.
The problem is the same, but our users are not double clicking the submit button - just a single press.
