Description

There are no way to upload a theme image : neither in Global or by Survey
No button to upload

Steps To Reproduce

Go to Bootswatch Global option : search for a button
Go, to a survey, select bootswatch for theme, go to option : no button

Additional Information

List is empty even if there are image in Theme and in surey

I checked this with the latest version and could not reproduce, so this is most likely fixed for good.
