Summary16532: Languages "Telugu" and "Kannada" listed at translation tool but not available for surveys
Description

At https://translate.limesurvey.org/projects/limesurvey-3/ languages "Telugu" and "Kannada" are listed but they are no available at survey level. You can't add them to your survey.

Looks like these have to be added to https://github.com/LimeSurvey/LimeSurvey/blob/dabea08b2ac72204275b8755a4d6e34934af9ff1/application/helpers/surveytranslator_helper.php.

Steps To Reproduce

Try adding any of the two languages to your survey.
