Summary16473: Misleading pop-up message on changing a user's password that may have been a default password?
Description

Changing anther user's password for them lead to: "Warning: You are still using the default password... Please change your password and re-login again." (screen snip attached)

I wasn't logged in with a default password nor did I need to re-login again.
The other user's previous password could have been the default password, however they were not logged in.
The good news is that the password change request did indeed work as intended!

Steps To Reproduce

I tried this again on a different user that was not using a default password and no such warning appeared. So it seems it may be a narrow scenario under which this misleading message may appear.

The steps followed when this did occur is the expected way to change a password -- Config > Manage Survey Admins > Edit User > [enter password] > Save.

Additional Information

The user whose password was being changed was created many versions ago, probably back on a stable 2014 version.

(The "created on" date resets to the date of the most recent save of the user account, so it's "last updated" rather than "created on" if a change has been saved.)

Hey! Could you please confirm if it is still happening in the latest LTS? Cannot reproduce it in 3.25.4

Hi guys
I confirm that this appears in 3.28.36, although not sure how to reproduce it.
It might have come up along with the messages appearing after an update and possibly, only super-users get this (although noone uses such a password).
Changing password did not help.
Thanks for taking care
