Summary16163: HTML attributes/code stripped out when other (Non superuser) users edit
Description

When adding images in any of the text inputs, we typically add a max-width: 100%; style attribute to make sure they adapt to small screens. If one of my other users edits this question (or text element) this style attribute disappears. We are also seeing other code disappear from text elements in the same way.

Steps To Reproduce

Create a survey
Add an image in Welcome text
Add an image with style: max-width: 100%; (either in the image insert from the toolbar or directly in HTML)
Log out
Log in as an other user (not a superuser)
Edit text in Welcome, save
Style Attribute disappears.
