I created a questionnaire on the demo site, which is still running 4.1.8 (I currently don't have an up to date 4.x installed).

The buttons "save and add group" and "save and add question" are a very good idea, but I am not sure if they work like intended.

I created question group G1 and added a question, which automatically gets called "G1Q01" which is fairly nice.

When I then click on "save and add group" it creates a group, so far so good.

But my next step is then to "save and add question", once I created the new group G2. I would expect that once I clicked on "save and create group" and G2 is created "save and add question" will save this G2 group and add a question to G2. However, it adds the question to G1. I don't think this is how it should work. It should actually add a question to the group I just created and saved, not to some other group I had created before.
