Description

In Version 4.1.4+200214 in function setSurvey on line 251 of LimeMailer.php in limesurvey/application/core there is an if statement that results in the From name not being set when sending email. In our installation I commented this out because I do not understand what it is for and what it accomplishes.

Before commenting out lines #260-263:
The global admin name setting was being applied regardless of survey administrator name and inherit settings

After:
The survey administrator name is correctly being used and inherit still works.

I've commented the lines and it solves the problem, using the From name on the survey settings. However, if you go to the Survey Participants, edit there the From field and send the invitations or reminders, LimeSurvey doesn't use the from field you entered there. It will use what is configured in the Survey settings.

Please do NOT mark LimeSurvey version number as "irrelevant". It is very much relevant.
