Description

Implement pagination for survey folders.

Acceptance criteria:

  1. Pagination should be appear below the 'survey folders' (which are located at the left side of the file manager).
  2. 20 folders / page
Steps To Reproduce

How to find the file manager inside limesurvey:

1.Login as user.
2.Inside the left side menu click at 'Settings'.
3.Click at 'Resources'.
4.On the right side the file manager will appear.

Cool. To test that it works, the survey needs to have more than 20 items, correct? And then the acceptance test should switch between different pagination numbers and count the number of items visible in the file manager.
