Summary	15731: API add_participants not working no error
Description	add_participants API function not working I became no error from api attached the api call and the response. Nothing happend in lime survey i updated to lastest version 4.0.0+200116
Steps To Reproduce	I attached two Screenshots

cdorin 2020-12-23 17:34 reporter ~61114	The issue was related to encryption - I think Gabriel pushed a long time ago some fixes in that regard. Ticket closed - no feedback.
