Summary15649: Revelance and condition designer not working together
Description

When I select in conditions designer "greater than" "constant" 0, the result is: > " ".

There is no error message. The question appears as wonted. People can type in data, but the data is not stored / saved into the database.

Steps To Reproduce

Have a look at
https://www.limesurvey.org/forum/installation-a-update-issues/119822-numeric-matrix-data-is-not-stored
with screenshots and lss-file (attached here, too).

When you fill in J03 and go to the next page and then go back to the page with this question J03 (button in survey), the data of J03 this question is gone. So you see, that there is something wrong.
If you don't go back, the data of J03 is not saved, too.

can't reproduce the bug in >= 3.19.1+191009, can you please try it in the latest limesurvey version and give feedback?

please also try to delete and add a new condition with "greater than 0".

I updated to latest version 3.21.4+200108
and add a new condition with "greater than 0".
The bug is no more present.
