Summary15410: Error on Preview Survey
Description

I have recently updated lime survey from Version 2.50 to 3.17.17 using comfort update. After update i am not able to preview survey. It throws 500 table missing error.
This happens for all the existing surveys which are not active and also newly created one.

I also updated to Version 3.19.1 to check if it was update related issue, but still facing same error.
