Summary15074: Message: One or more questions have not been answered in a valid manner. [iPad ONLY]
Description

I am receiving the message "One or more questions have not been answered in a valid manner", which is preventing me from moving forward to the next page on the survey. This is occurring for all 3 surveys I have created. Of note, they work fine on a PC and I am only experiencing this issue when deployed on an iPad. I have tested different browsers, but the issue persists on both Safari and Chrome. I have uploaded the .lss files for each of my surveys on this thread.
