Summary14303: Cannot send mail reminder to a single participant
Description

When I click on the mail icon in the participants list to send a reminder only to this one participant, the next page is only white and appears for just a second and disappears and the summary page of participants appears.

But the participant didn't get a mail reminder.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Go to summary page of participants
  2. Go to list of participants
  3. Click on the mail icon in the first column of any participant to send a mail reminder only to this participant only and not to more participants
