Summary13221: Language of 'Beginners tour' doesnt change after I change my language (admin/login or personal settings)
Description

If you start the tour in hungarian and after that you change your language to english, tour's language doesnt change, it stays hungarian.
If you change the .mo file and restart the tour, still old strings appear.
