Summary13186: Unable to use actionIndex without a survey
Description

In 2.75 : we can show something with plugin without sid, not the case in 3.0

Steps To Reproduce

Get https://framagit.org/SondagePro-LimeSurvey-plugin/extendRemoteControl/tree/develop activate in 2.73 and 3.0 (not in 2.63)
Activate remote control + listing
Try to see listing

Additional Information

In 2.72 : usage of $surveyinfo = getSurveyInfo($surveyId);
But now : no survey => broke
