|Summary||12955: After importing a survey theme, it appears available in the survey general settings but cannot actually be selected|
After importing the theme, it appears to be available for selection in the survey general settings but after saving, the survey is reverted to the default template.
It turns out that, even though it is available there and in the template editor, you must go to the template list (which maybe should be "theme list") and install it before applying it to a survey.
I find this counter-intuitive. Either it should be "installed" automatically on import or should not be available in the survey general settings until it is. (I prefer the first option)
