| Description | When repeatingly filling out an survey on the same computer, prefilling of a question through the URL only works the first time. |

| Steps To Reproduce |
- start survey with URL as https://demo.limesurvey.org/index.php?r=survey/index&sid=594584&id=123 (<- notice prefilling)
- notice question with name 'id' is prefilled.
- submit answers
- open new tab in browser with same url
- notice question with name 'id' is not prefilled
