I cannot reproduce that. Do you still have the problem using the latest version?

Yes, the problem persists with the newest version.
But I have found another web page -- an old one, in the admin site for my RAID array -- that also has a problem.
When I try to create a password like !999raid!, the RAID system responds that "a password may not begin with a hyphen ('-')".
So, it may be a subtle problem with the FireFox implementation of a password type text field.
That this does not happen with many other other sites when I use a leading exclamation('!') is puzzling.

But you wrote that the fields are disabled. They are not disabled for me.
Now you are saying that the letters in your password may be a problem - but if you cannot enter it in the first place that wouldn't matter, would it?
Can you attach a small video demonstrating the issue?
