Summary11678: some misplaced text string etc in "Print answers" after survey completition
Description

After a user has completed a survey and chose to print answer, the report shown on screen seems a little odd. There is a text string "submitdate" which should not be there.

The title of groups are shown (in screenshot: "gruppe") is shown. There should be some kind on linefeed over and under to make it better to read.

Submit date is the date the survey was filled in. You can choose not to save it when survey is activated.

No, this is not a translation issue. I'm supervisor for the Norwegian language files which are 100 % completed.

I'm resolving this issue. Could you please creating another one for your feature request regarding styles? That is not a bug and one issue shouldn't be used for two different problems.
