Summary11538: Wrong codes are created when using quick add feature
Description

There is an issue with how the codes are currently created by the quick add feature. Work-flow to reproduce: After having added a question and going to add answers, the first item is already there. When going directly to the quick add feature then and adding answer texts like "yes", "no" and "no answer" and clicking "replace", the assigned codes are "A2", "A3", "A4" or "SQ002", "SQ003", "SQ004" when adding sub-questions.

Issues:

  1. These codes seems to have changed. Previously, just numeric codes were used for the quick add feature. Please keep that, otherwise users currently designing their surveys (and having updated their LS system) have to manually adjust their codes all the time.

  2. In addition to that, the numbering is wrong. When using "replace" it should start with "1" and not "2" or "A2".

Steps To Reproduce

Create a question which allows adding custom answers/subquestions and use the quick add feature as described above.

Recreated initial behaviour of 2.50+
Quick add replace now always starts with 1 and takes into account the used alphanumerical labels.
