can you confirm that you get this bug on the last page ("update success") just after clicking on the button logout? THen, reloading the page, everything worked fine?

If yes, that's happen only when you click very quickly to that button after update (<800ms). If you wait for 1s, it's ok.

I fixed it by the past using op_cache flush functionalities, but they are available only since PHP 5.5, and LS still use 5.3 as minimal requirement.

So if you confirm that was the problem, I will just make the button inactive for at least one second.
