Summary11111: Is it possible to hide the title bar in LimeSurvey with GUI-SETTINGS?
Description

After "hiding everything", in the end the space, where the title is usually shown is still there in form of a white rectangle and takes space so the participant has to scroll down. Is it possible to hide the whole titlebar if I don´t set a title?

Steps To Reproduce

Go to LimeSurvey and create a survey. Then pick "hide everything" in the settings for the questiongroups. If you test the survey afterwards you will still see a white bar, where the title is usually shown, which takes space uselessly.

Hi,

I just updated to Version 2.50+ Build 160504 and got the error as documented in issue “11070”. Besides that, the issue here with the “titlebar” seems not to be fixed because it is still shown within the survey!
