Summary11038: change of attribute content from <some content> to <blank/nothing> doesn't stick
Description

Can't set attribute that had content to no longer have any, ie empty string. Changing it to a " " / <space> works, but that's not the same thing.
This is a problem on my old 2.06 install, but also on the new demo 2.5 one.

BTW, did you manage to fix the language problems yet? Most times when I log on the demo is in French and can't be changed.

I cannot reproduce this.
Can you please add some screenshot and describe in detail how reproduce it.

  1. generate a participant
  2. set one text attribute to "foo"
  3. double-click the "foo", the text edit box opens
  4. edit "foo" to "" (as in empty string, not as in two x ")
  5. hit enter; the text edit box disappears
  6. since the ext box disappearing doesn't hide the floppy icon, click the floppy icon as well; it actually won't go away.
  7. refresh
    Foo is still in the attribute entry.

I can reproduce this in 2.50.

Btw, the demo is in whatever language you set - you can set the language right in the login form.
