Integrate all of the LimeExpressionManager::XXX() functions into Yii from dev (including SetDirtyFlag() and ConvertConditionsToRelevance()).
Port the createFieldMap() functions from _dev.
Integrate the tip messages into printable survey and data entry screens (so users can see the relevance and validation logic even on the printed page).
Todo: Refactor functions in qanda and port the new group.php and commit buildsurveysession() from frontend helper.
Expect broken things.
