This patch by Kris Ven (inayani@users.sourceforge.ne) concerns
the six 'array' types of questions. If such as question is marked
mandatory, all unanswered items (i.e. answers that belong to the current
question) will be put between "<span class='errormandatory'>" and
"</span>". This will make them highlight in red and bold, depending on
the CSS style of course. This is very convenient when you have a
lot of items in one question: it saves the respondent from having to
search through a long list of items.
