]]>Thank you for participating in our survey about job design and employee well-being. This study is part of an international research project.
You will be asked some questions regarding your background, your team, and role as supervisor. The expected time for completing the questionnaire is 10 minutes. Please allow enough time to complete this survey in one sitting, as your responses may be lost if you log out of the survey.
In a couple of weeks, we will invite you to complete a second, shorter questionnaire.
Participation
Participation is voluntary. Withdrawal will bear no adverse consequence on you or your role.
Confidentiality
As part of the research, we will be asking you to comment on the behaviours your employees exhibit in their roles. The purpose of this is to provide a robust set of data that supports the validity of the research outcomes. Any data you provide will be kept strictly confidential. It will not be shared with employees nor any other third parties outside of the research team.
Under no circumstances will your individual responses be made available to anyone in your organisation.
We will ask for your name and email address so that we can contact you directly to take part in the follow-up survey. At the conclusion of data collection, all identifying information will be removed.
Aggregated results will be presented in academic works (e.g., conferences, journal publications and reports). No identifying information regarding individuals or organisations will be disclosed. If requested, we will provide a summary of the research findings.
