We suspect that the infections occur through food. That is why we would like to ask you some questions about your condition and the food you (or your sick child) may have eaten during the 5 days before the symptoms started. If you are no longer sure, you can write down what you (your sick child) often eat.
Your participation is voluntary. Your personal data will be treated strictly confidential and anonymized after the research. Nous soupçonnons que la transmission se produit par la nourriture. C'est pourquoi nous aimerions vous poser quelques questions sur les aliments que vous avez consommés avant de tomber malade. Nous interrogeons également des personnes non-malades (sujets témoins) sur leurs habitudes alimentaires, afin de détecter une différence de consommation. Si vous (ou votre enfant) avez reçu un diagnostic de salmonellose, nous vous demandons d'enregistrer ce que vous (ou votre enfant malade) avez pu manger au cours des 5 jours précédant le début des troubles gastro-intestinaux. Si vous (ou votre enfant) n'avez pas reçu de diagnostic de salmonellose, nous vous demandons d'enregistrer ce que vous (ou votre enfant) avez mangé au cours des 5 derniers jours. Pour tout le monde, si vous n'êtes plus sûr, vous pouvez noter ce que vous mangez le plus souvent.
Votre participation est volontaire. Vos données personnelles seront traitées de manière strictement confidentielle et anonymisées après l'enquête. Votre nom ou d'autres informations d'identification ne seront inclus dans aucun rapport de cette étude.

We werken eraan de bron van de infecties te vinden, zodat we verdere verspreiding van de ziekte in de gemeenschap kunnen voorkomen, en uw deelname is hiervoor belangrijk.
We vermoeden dat de besmettingen gebeuren via voedsel.
