The end client will only see first name and responses to the questions asked in this questionnaire. The identity of the end client will be given to you at the end of the research session itself (at the end of data collection). Please note that after learning of the end client, you have the right to withdraw your consent, your data will be erased, and no further recording will take place.
You will be audio recorded for this research. Any clips from the recording and quotes from the interviews used in the final analysis will be anonymous; no individual will be identifiable, and these will not be used in the public domain and will remain confidential at all times.
These recordings will be stored with The Foundation, and the end client. Nobody will try to sell you anything during or after the research, all we are interested in are your opinions.
