a new user “view/read“ only permission, if click "delete", null is showing in the alert.

  1. create a new user with only "view/read" permission.
  2. after logout, login with the new user
  3. click “Add participant“

Expected result

the button should not be shown.

the button is shown and if click that, null is showing in the alert

@DenisChenu -> yes, we also noticed various issues when starting to work with CPDB for a new customer using LS 5.x, see e.g. https://bugs.limesurvey.org/view.php?id=18799.
